Product Overview
The hydraulic end of the pump is composed of a working cavity with the help of a diaphragm, and the reciprocating motion of the plunger (piston) is replaced by the periodic deformation of the diaphragm, which is called a diaphragm pump. The periodic deflection of the diaphragm is achieved by the reciprocating motion of the plunger (piston) in the hydraulic working cavity to produce a hydraulic drive diaphragm metering pump, which is called a hydraulic diaphragm metering pump.
Functions1. No dynamic seal, no leakage, easy maintenance, with built-in hydraulic safety valve, to avoid automatic opening of the process pipeline when blocked, and protect the pump and pipeline.
2. The working pressure can reach 80MPa, and the measurement accuracy can reach 1% of soil; Single cylinder pump flow range:
0.2L/h-16000L/h.
3. The metering accuracy is better than that of the mechanical diaphragm pump, and the sealing performance is better than that of the plunger pump.
