Product Overview

The electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is a diaphragm pump that relies on electromagnets to drive the diaphragm to achieve periodic deflection and deformation. It is suitable for conveying liquids without solid particles with an atmospheric pressure of 86KPa~106KPa, a temperature of -20°C~70°C, and a humidity of 30%~95%RH under the environmental conditions of -15°C~85°C and viscosity of 0.3mm²/s~200mm²/s. The flow rate can be stepless in the range of 0-100%, the product is small in size, light in weight, no leakage, easy to maintain, and has a good cost performance.

Features:

1. The protection level of the electromagnetic pump is IP65, and it can operate safely under harsh working conditions.

2. The stroke frequency can reach up to 400 times per minute, with high calculation accuracy, and can effectively eliminate the influence of pulsation.

3. Strong stability, the pump can work stably in the voltage range of 100-240V, 50-60HZ universal.

4. Double valve ball, valve seat and valve sleeve are used to form a closed system tightly, which improves its accuracy and reduces the loss of liquid filling.

5. The diaphragm is made of pure solid PTFE material, which is compatible with almost all chemicals and has a service life of more than 5 years.
