J-X series piston metering pump

    1. The motor stands above the gearbox to effectively avoid lubricating oil leakage and improve transmission reliability.

    2. The product has good suction performance and self-priming performance, and is suitable for conveying high-viscosity media or applications with negative pressure at the inlet.

    3. The sealing surface of the inlet and outlet valve is designed with a tenon and groove surface, which is more reliable.

    4. High flow accuracy and good stability. In the range of 10%-100% of the stroke, the metering accuracy can reach ±1%. When the pressure changes, the flow stability is good.

    5. The flow adjustment mechanism adopts H-type sliding shaft adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment linearity is good. The flow rate can be changed by adjusting the stroke length or changing the motor frequency; For example, it is equipped with a stroke controller or a digital controller, which is convenient for automatic adjustment or remote control.
