This atomization device can effectively make the injected antifreeze and hydrate inhibitors and other liquid chemicals fully atomized, and evenly mixed with natural gas, can effectively inhibit the generation of natural gas hydrates and prevent ice blockage, and can be injected into the volume adjustment. The injection nozzle is made of hard alloy with special technology, which is resistant to high pressure erosion and has a long service life. This product is mainly used for natural gas pipeline or container injection of methanol, ethylene glycol and other hydrate inhibitors, but also can be injected into other liquids, such as antifoam agent, odorant, fungicide, anticorrosive agents, corrosion inhibitors, etc., the product can be too large to save the consumption of injection media, mixing effect is ideal.
