Horizontal process diaphragm pumps

This series of products has large flow, high working pressure, small pulsation, and at the same time, the structure integrates the characteristics of hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, and has the advantages of diaphragm limit oil replenishment, double diaphragm rupture detection alarm, flow equalization without sedimentation, zero leakage, etc. The low-speed diaphragm pump can convey slurry containing particles (such as slurry, coal-water slurry, mud, etc.), also known as "slurry pump"; The medium-speed diaphragm pump can be used for the transportation of sewage and corrosive and non-corrosive media in petroleum exploitation, petrochemical, electric power, chemical and other industries, and can be made into water injection pumps, pressure test pumps, acid pumps, alkali pumps, salt pumps, liquid ammonia pumps, ammonium (ammonium carbamate) pumps, poly injection pumps, alcohol injection pumps, industrial pumps, agricultural pumps, high temperature pumps, cryogenic pumps, etc.
    Three-plunger high-pressure diaphragm pump is generally provided as a three-cylinder diaphragm pump, and can also be provided in single-cylinder or multi-gang form, and this sample book provides parameters in the form of three cylinders.
    The pump set is mainly composed of transmission box, diaphragm pump head, reducer, frequency conversion motor, safety valve, buffer, lubricating oil pump and monitoring and control system. The pump changes the pump speed by adjusting the frequency converter to achieve the flow rate of the stepless regulating pump to meet the requirements of the process. The transmission device, reducer, and motor are connected by couplings and assembled on a steel base for easy lifting and installation.

    The transmission end
    1, the transmission box of the low-power pump and the reducer are common, and the double-helical gear reducer mechanism is used to decelerate, and the high-power pump is separated from the reducer for a reasonable layout.
    2. The transmission box is cast with high-grade cast iron, which has good shock absorption and deformation resistance.
    3. The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy forging materials and multi-point support, which has good bending and fatigue resistance and strong bearing capacity.

    4. The small power pump connecting rod and head bearing bearing are made of babbitt bearing alloy, and the small head bushing is made of high-strength and durable copper-based alloy; The connecting rod and head of the high-power pump are all made of rolling bearings, which have the characteristics of maintenance-free and long operating life.
    5. The connecting rod friction pair and crosshead are forced to lubricate by hydraulic type.

     

    Fluid end

    1. The cylinder block and cylinder head of the hydraulic end are made of forgings to avoid leakage in the high-pressure body.
    2. Adopt a new type of three-valve structure: the hydraulic oil chamber is equipped with a limit oil replenishment mechanism to achieve timely automatic oil replenishment, which not only ensures the fullness of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber, but also avoids excessive oil replenishment and prevents hydraulic impulse; The air release safety valve is a combination of air release valve and safety valve, the air release valve can keep the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber pure liquid, improve the volumetric efficiency of the pump, and the safety valve is automatically opened for the process pipeline once it is blocked, protecting the safety of the pump and the pipeline.
    3. Using the process pressure, the pressure-sensitive alarm technology for diaphragm rupture is realized, and after the diaphragm rupture, an alarm signal is sent out within 2s, and the car is stopped in time or the standby pump is switched. Avoid hydraulic oil flowing into the pipeline, causing contamination and accidents.
    4. The plunger seal is sealed with a piston ring instead of a packing seal, which is changed from a wearing part to a conventional part, and the service life can reach more than 3 years, so as to avoid replacing the packing. The piston cylinder liner is obtained by high-temperature quenching and fine grinding, which improves the service life of the sealing element.
    5. The piston and the crosshead are connected with an intermediate section adapter to realize the easy disassembly and assembly of the piston ring without removing the cylinder liner, and the adapter is connected by a card plate.
    6. The pump head and valve parts are equipped with different materials to meet the special requirements of strong corrosion and high abrasion.

    Lubrication system

    1. The gearbox is equipped with an independent lubrication system, and the gear pump provides sufficient lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication effect of the moving parts;
    2. The oil pipeline is equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and coarse and fine filter to ensure that the lubricating oil is clean and efficient.

    Speed reducer

    The hard tooth reducer with high transmission efficiency and low operating noise is selected, and the low-power reducer is generally cooled by natural air, and the high-power reducer is generally cooled by softened water.

    Features:

    1. The pump is a double diaphragm, which can meet the characteristics of no leakage, and the whole machine has high efficiency.

    2. The pump is set up with double diaphragm, and has the function of diaphragm rupture monitoring, so as to realize the function of local or signal remote alarm and interlock pump stop.

    3. The flow regulation of the pump is realized by variable speed regulation, and the adjustment range is 30%-100%.

    4. The steady-state accuracy of the flow rate is ≤1%, and the reproducibility and linearity of the flow rate are ≤2%.
