1. High transmission efficiency and low power loss. Under the condition of equal power configuration, the efficiency of the traditional worm gear and worm reducer mechanism is increased by more than 45%, and the operation efficiency of the whole machine is also improved, which has obvious energy-saving effect.

2. The use of fully enclosed grease lubrication solves the problem that most of the traditional metering pumps use oil bath lubrication, which effectively avoids the problem of oil leakage in the transmission box.

4. The stroke length adjustment has high resolution and self-locking.

5. The transmission box is made of chopped glass fiber (GF), inert filler (MD), additives and other raw materials for one-time thermosetting molding. It has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, stain resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low shrinkage rate, stable color and luster, large specific weight, high compressive strength, and is the first innovative application in the metering pump industry. 6. The spring double eccentric cam adjustment mechanism with "U" shaped movable bracket is adopted, which improves the smoothness of the operation of the diaphragm pusher, disperses the force, and improves the rigidity of the spindle under the same plunger force.
