    The mechanical diaphragm metering pump is a diaphragm pump that relies on mechanical direct drive for the deflection and deformation of the diaphragm.
    Mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are generally suitable for conveying liquids without solid particles with a temperature of -15°C~85°C and a viscosity of 0.3mm²/s~2000mm²/s. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0-100%, and the product has no leakage, simple structure, low maintenance cost, and good cost performance. The products are suitable for environmental protection, water treatment, pharmaceutical, papermaking, new materials and other industries, sexual slurry and hazardous chemicals.

    1. The flow control mode of the pump has manual control and automatic control. Automatic control can be achieved by frequency conversion, and can also be achieved by adding a digital controller or stroke controller for the metering pump.
    2. Parameter range: flow rate is 0.47~6000L/h, maximum working pressure 1.2MPa optional; The flow stability accuracy can be controlled at 1%.

    Fluid end overflow parts

    Materials available: PVC, PVDF, PTFE, SS304, SS316L and other alloys (such as: alloy 20, 904L, titanium, Hastelloy, etc.).
    Diaphragm material: PTFE or rubber composite PTFE.

    Features introduced

    1. The diaphragm of the pump is made of high-strength PTFE, which is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and has a long service life. With a double diaphragm with diaphragm rupture display or remote alarm, the metering pump can continue to operate even if the diaphragm is ruptured, ensuring production continuity and sufficient time to replace diaphragm spare parts. When used under normal working conditions, the life of the diaphragm is more than 3 years.

    2. The steady-state accuracy of the flow rate is ≤1%, and the reproducibility and linearity of the flow rate are ≤2%.

    3. There are a variety of materials to choose from the material of the fluid end overflow parts to meet the needs of different media characteristics.

    4. The motor stands above the gearbox to effectively avoid the leakage of lubricating oil and improve the reliability of transmission.

    5. The flow adjustment mechanism adopts sleeve type sliding shaft adjustment mechanism, which has the characteristics of good adjustment linearity, strong bearing capacity and low noise.

    6. The flow adjustment range is 0-100%, which can be adjusted manually, frequency conversion or equipped with digital controller and stroke controller to achieve remote adjustment.

    7. The material of the pump housing is HT250 cast iron housing, which is better than the aluminum casting housing, and the service life of 20~30 years is more guaranteed.
