JYM1.6 series hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps

It is widely used in petroleum and petrochemical, oil and gas exploitation, chemical industry, electric power, nuclear industry, mining, national defense, medicine, food and other fields, and is an indispensable pump for accurate dosing of modern industrial process fluids.   • Product Overview

    The hydraulic end of the pump is composed of a working cavity with the help of a diaphragm, and the reciprocating motion of the plunger (piston) is replaced by the periodic deformation of the diaphragm, which is called a diaphragm pump. The periodic deflection of the diaphragm is achieved by the reciprocating motion of the plunger (piston) in the hydraulic working cavity to produce a hydraulic drive diaphragm metering pump, which is called a hydraulic diaphragm metering pump.

    1. No dynamic seal, no leakage, easy maintenance, with built-in hydraulic safety valve, to avoid automatic opening of the process pipeline when blocked, and protect the pump and pipeline.
    2. The working pressure can reach 80MPa, and the measurement accuracy can reach 1% of soil; Single cylinder pump flow range:
    0.2L/h-16000L/h.
    3. The metering accuracy is better than that of the mechanical diaphragm pump, and the sealing performance is better than that of the plunger pump.

    7. When conveying special media, double diaphragm with diaphragm rupture alarm device can be used to prevent accidents caused by mixing medium and hydraulic oil when the diaphragm is ruptured.
