A diaphragm pump is defined
as a diaphragm pump in which the hydraulic end of the pump is composed of a working cavity with the help of a diaphragm and a diaphragm periodic elastic deformation that replaces the reciprocating motion of the piston (plunger). The pump that directly drives the diaphragm to deflect and deform periodically before and after the reciprocating motion is called a mechanical diaphragm pump.
Feature
1. Because the static seal of the diaphragm at the hydraulic end replaces the dynamic seal of the piston, the conveying medium can be conveyed without leakage. In addition to clean water, it is more suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic, foul-smelling and radioactive media;
2. Features: (1) Flow range: 0.47~6000L/h; (2) Maximum working pressure: 1.2MPa; (3) The hydraulic end is statically sealed
3. The suction performance of the mechanical diaphragm pump is worse than that of the plunger pump and the hydraulic diaphragm pump, and the volumetric efficiency is also lower;
4. The structure is more complex than the piston pump, but simpler than the hydraulic diaphragm pump;
5. There is no safety discharge device.
It is widely used
in environmental protection, pharmaceutical, papermaking, sewage treatment and urban water supply industries, and can transport corrosive slurry and hazardous chemicals. In recent years, the cement grinding aid industry has been widely adopted
