Important product shipment - microchannel reactor

Microchannel reactors are mainly three-dimensional structural elements manufactured by micromachining technology for chemical reactions or highly integrated microreaction systems including heat exchange, mixing, separation, analysis and control, etc., usually containing fluid flow channels with an equivalent diameter of orders of magnitude between micrometers and millimeters, in which chemical reactions occur.

The characteristic scale of the microreaction channel is small, and the heat transfer, mass transfer capacity and reaction rate per unit area are significantly enhanced. The specific surface area of the microchannel equipment can be 10000~50000m2/m3, and the heat transfer coefficient is as high as 2000~20000W/(m2· K)。

The traditional amplification process has an amplification effect, and the process is time-consuming and laborious to achieve the purpose of amplification by increasing the volume and scale of production equipment. The microreaction system is a multi-channel structure, each channel is equivalent to an independent reactor, and there is no longer a need to scale up the reactor when expanding production, but only to increase the number of microreactors in parallel, that is, the so-called "number increase amplification".

Large amounts of heat can also be removed in a timely manner, ensuring that the reaction temperature is maintained within the set range, minimizing the possibility of accidents.
